Aqua Aerobic
Deep Water Aqua is an aqua aerobics class which takes place in deep water. We provide an aqua buoyancy belt which comfortably suspends you at shoulder level. Deep water aqua burns more calories than a regular aqua class and is great for improving fitness.

Barre pilates
Barre fitness classes are simply ballet-inspired, incorporating a ballet barre and maybe some plies and pirouettes here and there into the workout. Essentially, barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music.
Boss Chick Danceworkout
The Boss Chick Dance Workout empowers all women to get healthy, sexy and fit through a HIIT dance workout. BCDW promotes a positive, uplifting, non-judgmental and fun environment using hip-hop, dancehall, afrobeat and twerkin' dance styles.
Box-Fit
A class using martial art combinations to tone and define your body. Suitable for all levels and no need for previous boxing experience.
Buggylicious
This is an exercise for parents which allows you to bring your baby into the sports hall with you.
Fit for Life
This is a drop in class suitable for older adults. The class will incorporate exercises to improve overall fitness levels and flexibility. Complimentary tea or coffee included in the cafe after the class!
